For time:
50 Burpees
Jump one foot above reach each rep.
CFOZ version
Cardio two minutes, Samson stretch, CRWU x 2
20 knee burpees, for time
or
For time:
20 elevated push-ups (against box, back of couch, low wall or upright against a wall) each followed by a squat.
