Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.

Post times for each round to comments.

CFOZ 

Two minutes of cardio (your choice), Samson Stretch, CFWU x 3 (x 2 if you are in your first two weeks)

Four rounds for time:

400 m run/power walk

Rest two minutes between between intervals.  

Post times and notes to comments.
