Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster
Pull-ups

CFOZ Version

Two minutes cardio (your choice), Samson Stretch, CFWU x 3 (x 2 if in your first two weeks of WODs)

Three rounds, 21-15 and 9 reps, for time of:
Broomstick Thrusters
Doorway pulls or jumping pull-ups

If you can’t squat, do the thrusters by sitting to a low wall or step. Try to find one that is below knee level. Here are Annie and Greg doing the Rx version of Fran at the original CrossFit Santa Cruz.
