Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
Here (Win) (Mac) is a clip from one of the CrossFit Certifications showing proper form for the overhead squat. Do the workout just like Annie, using a pvc pipe or broomstick. Take as mush rest between sets as needed. This is not done for time.
