WOD 20080511

Two minutes of cardio (your choice), Samson stretch, CFWU x 3 (x 2 if you are in your first 2 weeks of WODs)

Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

Here (Win) (Mac) is a clip from one of the CrossFit Certifications showing proper form for the overhead squat. Do the workout just like Annie, using a pvc pipe or broomstick. Take as mush rest between sets as needed. This is not done for time.
