30 Muscle-ups for time

CFOZ version

Two minutes cardio (your choice), Samson stretch, CFWU x 3 (x 2 if you are in your first two weeks of WODs) – omit the pull-ups and dips for today.

30 jumping pull-ups or lean-backs
30 dips

Break up the pull-ups and dips any way you need to. A playground is recommended for today’s WOD.
