Run 800 meters
50 Pull-ups
CFOZ version
Two minutes cardio (your choice), Samson stretch, CFWU x 3(x 2 if in first two weeks of WODs)
Three rounds for time of:
400m Run/Walk
15 jumping pull-up or variation (see Exercises for jumping pull-ups)
