Row 1000 meters
85 pound Thruster, 21 reps
15 Pull-ups

Row 750 meters
85 pound Thruster, 18 reps
12 Pull-ups

Row 500 meters
85 pound Thruster, 15 reps
9 Pull-ups

Rest 2 minutes between each round. Time each round separately.

CFOZ version

Two minutes of cardio (your choice), samson stretch, CFWU x 3 (x 2 if in first two weeks of WODs)

Row 500 meters or Run 400 meters
Pvc Thruster, 15 reps
10 Pull-ups/Standing Pulls

Row 250 meters or Run 200 meters
Pvc Thruster, 12 reps
8 Pull-ups/Standing Pulls

Row 100 meters or Run 100 meters
Pvc pound Thruster, 9 reps
6 Pull-ups/Standing Pulls

Rest 2 minutes between each round. Time each round separately and post times to comments.
