Run 5k

CFOZ version

Two minutes of cardio (your choice), samson stretch, CFWU x 3 (x 2 if in first two weeks of WODs)
Run/walk 1 mile.

During your run/walk, keep the intensity you use in all CF workouts.  If you are on a treadmill and can read or pay attention to a television, you are not working with intensity.
