135 pound Thruster
Muscle-ups

CFOZ version

Two minutes of cardio (your choice), samson stretch, CFWU x 3 (x 2 if in first two weeks of WODs)

15 PVC/Broomstick Thrusters
15 Jumping Pull-ups/Standing Pulls
15 Bench Dips
12 PVC/Broomstick Thrusters
12 Jumping Pull-ups/Standing Pulls
12 Bench Dips
9 PVC/Broomstick Thrusters
9 Jumping Pull-ups/Standing Pulls
9 Bench Dips
