15 Pull-ups
15 Ring push-ups
15 Back Extensions
15 GHD Sit-ups
CFOZ version
Two minutes of cardio (your choice), samson stretch, CFWU x 3 (x 2 if in first two weeks of WODs)
Complete as many rounds as you can in ten minutes of:
10 Jumping Pull-ups/Standing Pulls
10 Push-ups
10 Good Mornings
10 Sit-ups
