750 meter Row
20 Handstand Push-ups

115 pound Thruster, 20 reps
20 L-Pull-ups

CFOZ version

Two minutes of cardio (your choice), samson stretch, CFWU x 3 (x 2 if in first two weeks of WODs)

Two rounds, of each couplet, for time of:
250 meter Row or 25 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls with PVC/Broomstick
10 Push-ups

PVC/Broomstick Thruster, 10 reps
10 Jumping Pull-ups/Standing Pulls
