    Thanks for setting up this O-Zone page. I’ve been going to an affiliate for 2 months and am totally jazzed. I came in completely out of condition, and am still completely out of condition “plus 1″. I’m doing baby steps, and am seeing progress. I have an awesome trainer and he’s scaling every thing down for me. I leave each work out with a sense of challenge and a sense of acchomplishment.

    • Good for you, Melissa. I’m glad you are training at an affiliate. I love doing this site for beginners, but an affiliate is where you are going to get the most out of CrossFit.

    I agree with Melissa. Thanks for setting up this page. I have been going through the WODS from CrossFit HQ along with a nearby CF Affiliate an hour away from me. I have lost 12 lbs since really taking in Cross FIt. I am as well completely out of conditioned. Thanks for posting the scaled down WODS. It is greatly appreciated and a Breath of Air or should I say a gasp of fresh Air. HA HA. Thanks again. Scott from Jacksonville, NC
